For our Lawson Heights facility at the Rahel-Varnhagen-Weg location, we are looking for a

Specialist for Work and Vocational Development (m/f/d)

The position is for 39 hours per week and is limited to a maximum of until March 1st as a temporary replacement for an employee on sick leave.

Note for applicants who have a permanent employment contract with Elbe-Werkstätten: Your permanent employment contract will remain in effect even if you are successfully hired for this temporary position.

Your tasks:

  • Organizing processes and ensuring the quality of work results in a double group with at least 24 employees
  • Strengthening the independence of employees (empowerment approach)
  • Participation in production orders
  • Providing simple nursing assistance

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training in a trade or industrial field
