    GENERAL FUNCTION
    - Provide technical support and leadership for operational sustainability, industrialization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    - Collaborate with various departments including process engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, sourcing, finance, training, and quality assurance to drive operational enhancements.

    MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    - Offer technical support and guidance to enhance existing technologies, processes, and equipment reliability to improve service and quality within the North America manufacturing network.
    - Implement tools, systems, and technologies to enhance current operations.
    - Provide technical assistance for daily manufacturing operations and training requirements.
    - Utilize lean tools such as value stream mapping to streamline manufacturing processes and reduce work in progress inventory.
    - Lead equipment and process validation activities to boost operational and quality standards.
    - Work on standardizing processes and materials across all manufacturing shifts.
    - Collaborate with quality teams to develop quality control plans and ensure product delivery.
    - Develop and implement procedures to maintain quality standards.
    - Perform other duties as assigned.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    - Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, etc.)
    - Minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing setting.
    - Proficiency in lean manufacturing tools and continuous improvement practices.
    - Willingness to travel up to 25%.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    - Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
    - Advanced interpersonal skills and the capability to communicate effectively across all business levels.
    - Experience in project management and achieving results.
    - Proficiency in identifying constraints and addressing bottlenecks.
