Description

In this role, you will interact directly with our customers to answer questions, solve problems, provide education, enroll and renew policies, and maintain our company's reputation for high-quality service.

An insurance license will be required for this position so successfully passing a background check will be a condition of employment.

• Promptly respond to all customer questions.
• Utilize company policies and procedures to process enrollments and terminations.
• Suggest insurance solutions to meet our customers' specific needs.
• Foster and maintain relationships with our customers.
• Create client documents including proposals, reports and spreadsheets.
• Go the extra mile to help your coworkers with an upbeat and positive attitude.

• Hold or be able to obtain a CA Department of Insurance Life & Health Insurance License.
• Have insurance experience and 3 or more years of customer service experience.
• Detail oriented, well organized and ability to prioritize work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Programs including Outlook & Excel.
• Once properly trained, work in a team but with mínimal direction.
• Positive and serviceoriented attitude.
