This motivated individual will serve as a Warehouse Supervisor for a highly functioning team in a fast-paced environment working directly with Progam/Project Managers and Directors to execute contract logistics requirements.

You will be responsible for the daily warehouse operations and providing support to both internal and external customers.

In this role, you will:

Oversee and manager all day to day warehouse operations and ensure productivity of all areas and support functions.
Ensure that all safety guidelines and protocals are being followed by all personnel.
Resolve and troubleshoot all issues and ensure that established policies and standard operating procedures are being followed.
Strategically plan how to best use available warehouse space
Conduct routine inventory analysis to solve all inventory problems
Develop and implement inventory control procedures
Train and manage inventory team and ensure to meet organizational goals

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
7 years of experience (Direct inventory management experience highly preferred)
Knowledge of Quality Control Inspection process/documentation
Advanced knowledge of MS Office
Understanding of inventory processes; impact of transactions in Costpoint
Understanding of multiple warehouse/inventory systems/processes
Excellent Communication skills; ability to adjust to changing customer requirements
The ability to manage through delegation; experience in a fastpaced warehouse environment
The ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Additional desired experience and skills:

Costpoint/RFgen experience a plus
Shipping experience both via commercial and military carriers
Practical experience operating within ISO9001:2015 or AS9100 Quality Management Systems
Prior experience as first line supervisor
Service now experience a plus
Forklift certification a plus
