will develop innovative and target group-specific HR marketing strategies - and thus significantly shape the future employer branding of Sto.

Your responsibilities include:


  • As part of the employer branding team, you will be responsible for further developing our employer brand and implementing it in innovative and target groupspecific marketing measures.
  • You
will shape our social media strategy and the conceptual development of our online presence for HR marketing.

  • You
will create assets and content, especially for digital formats, social media, and our career website; you will also optimize analog formats (flyers, trade fair appearances, etc.).

  • You
will closely monitor trends, new platforms, and formats and have the courage to try new approaches.

  • For this, you will develop meaningful KPIs and align our campaigns and social media presence with recruiting effectiveness and employer awareness.
  • You
are a key user of the applicant management software and maintain employer review platforms such as Kununu.

  • In all your activities, you will work closely with the recruiting experts, the marketing team, internal stakeholders and content actors, as well as external agencies and service providers.
