With $300,000 already invested and exclusive territory rights secured for the next 10 years through Fleet Services Inc. (FSI), we are poised for rapid growth and looking to expand our operations significantly.

About United Fleet Services:United Fleet Services offers comprehensive mobile repair and maintenance services directly to business fleets. As a startup with a proven business model validated by over 400 FSI dealer locations across the US, we aim to revolutionize fleet management within our owned territories. Initially starting with one service truck, our vision is to scale up to a robust team of 10+ skilled mechanics under your leadership.
Job Description:As the Business Manager/Partner, you will be pivotal in launching, managing, and scaling our operations. This is not just a managerial role; you will be a key player with an ownership stake. You will craft strategic plans, spearhead marketing efforts, manage daily operations, and lead recruitment to drive our business from the ground up.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic business plans to foster growth, profitability, and scalability.- Manage all aspects of day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient service delivery that meets the high standards of our clientele.- Lead the recruitment, training, and development of a skilled mechanic team.- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.- Cultivate strong B2B relationships to secure long-term service contracts.- Implement marketing and sales strategies to enhance market penetration and revenue.- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications:- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the automotive, mechanical, or related fields.- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with experience in a startup or as a business owner highly desirable.- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.- Ability to develop and maintain high-level B2B relationships.- Technical knowledge of fleet management and mechanic services is a plus.- Ready to commit full-time with the drive to take ownership and lead a growing business.
