  • Engage in sales and relationship management in the significant and diverse real estate market of Frankfurt am Main, both nationally and internationally
  • Independently manage assigned target/customer portfolio and expand customer relationships with appropriate profitability and risk considerations
  • Actively acquire new customers and maintain relationships with key influencers
  • Provide independent and professional support and advice to our customers on all matters related to commercial real estate financing and crossselling products offered by BayernLB as a wholesale bank, following a 360degree approach
  • Develop customer strategies and business plans, monitor market/industry trends, and identify potential risks
  • Be responsible for achieving results and increasing profitability while considering the bank's strategic goals and continuously expanding the assigned customer portfolio
  • Independently develop complex real estate financing structures and products as part of a deal team
  • Contribute to the preparation of credit reports (market section) and contract documentation
  • Systematically analyze the market and conduct market research, including identifying risks for the assigned customer portfolio
