Summary:
United Democracy Project is hiring a team of Field Organizers to help run grassroots efforts in key primary races during the 2024 election cycle.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinating a strong and effective field program in the primary race.
- Working with Regional Field Director to make sure GOTV efforts are robust and maximized.
- Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly metrics.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with voters and community stakeholders.
- Utilizing cutting edge voter software to engage and identify grassroots activists within the district.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Campaign or political experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage community members.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Selfstarter who thrives working independently and in a group setting.
- Experience managing multiple processes and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment that requires flexibility as needs and priorities change.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with voters and community stakeholders.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook preferred.
- Commitment to a strong US-Israel relationship a must.
