Summarized Purpose:


Assists with overall support of key commercial operations functions and deliverables, including forecasting, pipeline maintenance and hygiene, data governance and reporting (both standard and ad-hoc).


Essential Functions:

  • Facilitate pipeline reviews and produce weekly forecasts for management review
  • Responsible for ensuring that all updates are captured based on pipeline and other meetings facilitated
  • Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly standardized reporting and adhoc analysis to support commercial initiatives
  • Provide support or assistance with managing the authorization approval process and assist with the reviews and final approval of sales attainment for compensation
  • Support business development compensation accruals
  • Supports management with initiatives aimed to harmonize and improve overall commercial infrastructure
  • Supports commercial AOP and budgeting processes.
  • Assists with building executive presentations and board meeting content for organization and sponsor leadership.
  • Assist with identifying and producing relevant KPIs and analyses based on new commercial processes and defined structures which will allow leadership to measure success and work toward continuous improvement of the organization

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification. Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and build/maintain relationships across disciplines internally and externally
  • Demonstrate quantitative and qualitative data review and analysis skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and visual reporting formats to senior executive level
  • Demonstrated business acumen
  • Ability to effectively facilitate multiple projects simultaneously, delivering all at a highlevel under tight timeline constraints
  • Strong judgment and decision making skills
  • Strong written communication skills with ability to translate data and communicate changes

No management responsibility


Working Conditions and Environment:

  • Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment.
  • Occasional drives to site locations with occasional travel both domestic and international.

Physical Requirements:


  • Frequently stationary for 68 hours per day.
  • Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists.
  • Frequent mobility required.
  • Occasional crouching, stooping, bending and twisting of upper body and neck.
  • Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moves) objects including luggage and laptop computer with a maximum lift of 1520 lbs.
  • Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both inhouse and offtheshelf.
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand; with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
  • Frequently interacts with others to obtain or relate information to diverse groups.
  • Works independently with little guidance or reliance on oral or written instructions and plans work schedules to meet goals. Requires multiple periods of intense concentration.
  • Performs a wide range of variable tasks as dictated by variable demands and changing conditions with little predictability as to the occurrence. Ability to perform under stress. Ability to multitask.
