Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and ethical mental health care, with a focus on medication management.
- Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and selfcare strategies.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Mapping for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation.
Requirements:
- Active, valid licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Demonstrated experience in psychiatric care, with a minimum of 3 years experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of psychiatric disorders, treatments, and medications.
- Proficiency in medication management and psychiatric assessment techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing patientcentered care and promoting holistic wellbeing.
- Willingness to stay abreast of advancements in psychiatric treatment modalities and evidencebased practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficient in prescribing controlled substances.
- Experience with patients under 12 years of age, preferred.
- Already credentialed with insurance companies preferred but not required.
- Proficient in medical documentation systems.
