Responsibilities:


  • Provide professional and ethical mental health care, with a focus on medication management.
  • Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and selfcare strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Mapping for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation.

Requirements:


  • Active, valid licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
  • Demonstrated experience in psychiatric care, with a minimum of 3 years experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of psychiatric disorders, treatments, and medications.
  • Proficiency in medication management and psychiatric assessment techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to providing patientcentered care and promoting holistic wellbeing.
  • Willingness to stay abreast of advancements in psychiatric treatment modalities and evidencebased practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficient in prescribing controlled substances.
  • Experience with patients under 12 years of age, preferred.
  • Already credentialed with insurance companies preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in medical documentation systems.
