I need a quote for a renovation of a house that has been occupied. It is a 15-year-old house. The bathrooms seem to be in good condition. The kitchen would need to be renovated, including changing the parquet flooring, installing door frames, and replacing the aluminum in the dining room that was taken. Gas installation or fixing the oil heating system is also needed, as radiators have been removed and the oil tank has been taken. There is also humidity on one wall in the entrance, which I have been told is due to a broken pipe that needs to be checked and repaired if necessary.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a dining room and kitchen, totaling approximately 250 m2.
