JOB SUMMARY
Hanover Bank is looking for a part time Loan Operations Clerk. This position is responsible for the tracking and scanning of all documents received by Loan Servicing.

The Loan Operations Clerk will scan, image, organize, maintain, and retrieve documents, adhering to the company's document policies and procedures, as well as archive inactive records in accordance with the Bank's record retention schedule.


JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Organize and index electronic documents in Lending Software.
  • Review documents for errors and signatures etc.
  • File hardcopy loan documents in physical loan folders.
  • Assist with removal of paid off loan folders from active files for shipping to offsite storage vendor.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and bank policies and procedures.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:


  • Knowledge of Document Management systems preferred.

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Team player with the ability to adapt to changes, multitask, and work in a fastpaced growing environment.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, followup, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.

_ Hourly rate:
$20 - $23_

Placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level.
