What we need you for

We are looking for a dedicated sales representative (m/f/d) whose passion is selling complex products and who is fully committed to building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships.

In close coordination with the development team, you will assess feasibility and create cost calculations.


In addition to managing existing customers nationally and internationally, you are the sales talent who impresses with technical expertise and wins new customers for BWF Profiles, as well as opening up new markets.

What you ideally bring with you

  • Technical or commercial background, combined with solid experience in technical sales
  • Fluent negotiation skills in German and English, additional languages are a plus
  • High customer orientation and a confident, friendly, and representative demeanor
  • Teamoriented, structured, and organized way of working
  • Strong communication skills (internally and externally)
  • Proficient in all MS Office programs
