We are currently seeking a

Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) in the Fundraising Back Office / Donor Management

Part-time | Permanent


Your responsibilities:


  • Support our fundraising activities in the back office
  • Communication with donors and members
  • Sending thankyou letters, newsletters, etc.
  • Evaluation of donation campaigns, including followup work
  • Management of donor data
  • Creation of statistics

We expect:


  • Training as an administrative specialist, office communication clerk, or similar qualification
  • Ideally, professional experience in member management and working with databases
  • A serviceoriented, structured, reliable, and independent way of working
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and social media programs
  • Enjoyment of writing texts and good oral and written expression
  • Identification with the principles of the Red Cross
