Position Summary:
Event Servers are crucial in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for event guests. They play an integral role in providing top-notch service, from food and beverage service to guest assistance, and contribute to the overall success of each event.
Responsibilities:
The Event Server's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Guest Service:
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Food and Beverage Service:
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
Set Up and Breakdown:
- Assist in setting up event spaces, including arranging tables and chairs, and preparing place settings.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and coordinated service.
Guest Assistance:
- Assist guests with seating, coat check, and any special requests.
Safety and Compliance:
- Follow all safety and health regulations, including alcohol service guidelines.
Efficiency:
- Serve guests efficiently, maintain food and beverage supplies, and ensure event flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
