主要职责/PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.

服务和支持集团各BG/BU在北美业务的日常法律需求,包括但不限于:
Serve and support group legal issues in North America, including but not limited to:

集团法务部在当地子公司的业务联系人。The first contact for local subsidiaries in Legal Department.

- 合同起草和审查。Draft and review contract, e.g. commercial, employment etc.
- 日常运营、劳工、业务等法律咨询。Consult to legal inquiries related to business 、employment、operation from subsidiaries.
- 协助处理仲裁和纠纷。Assist in handling arbitration and dispute.
- 业务相关法律研究及维护法律法规库。Business related legal research and legal inventory management.
- 向业务部门解释法律概念和监管指引。Strong ability to translate the legal concepts and regulatory instructions into plain language and improve the delivery to local subsidiaries.

2. 处理与本地子公司业务相关的合规事项。Consult, advise and train business related compliance issues for local subsidiaries.

3. 维护本地子公司公司治理信息。Manage corporate governance information of local subsidiaries. Keep the registration information up to date.

要求/REQUIREMENTS
资格、经验/Qualifications, Experience1. 具备美国法学院的法律教育背景;Legal education background in US. 2. 具备美国法律职业资格;Obtained the legal professional qualification in US.3. 熟练掌握英语和中文,其他语言,例如西班牙语流利者优先;Proficiency in both English and, fluent in other language e.g. will be a plus.4.

5年以上律师事务所(为企业做过法律顾问优先) 或公司法务工作经验。At least 5 years of working experience in law firm (corporate legal adviser preferred) or in-house counsel in the company.5.

具备工作抗压能力、判读工作优先级的能力,及自主调节工作的能力。Ability to work under pressure and shifting priorities. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and independently. 6. 服务导向,具备成为业务部门的法律工作伙伴的能力。Service-oriented, with ability to work an act as a true legal business partner with business department.7. 具有商业思维和优秀的沟通技巧。Commercial awareness and good negotiating skills.

Pay:
$55, $70,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
