    We are currently on the lookout for an experienced ServiceNow Developer for a remote role. This individual will play a key role in enhancing IT self services by creating custom IT Service Catalog solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of ServiceNow application development, expert JavaScript skills, and familiarity with ITIL and systems integration.


    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Adapts existing methods and procedures to brainstorm solutions to complex problems
    • Applies innovative technology to business processes to craft new solutions and troubleshoot issues
    • Collaborates with business analysts and project managers to devise suitable technical solutions
    • Keeps track of development needs and updates project managers promptly
    • Offers advice on options, risks, and impacts on business processes and technical architecture
    • Conveys technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences

    Skills and Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
    • Experience with complete software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, Training, and Support
    • Demonstrated aptitude for learning new applications and technologies
    • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Developer experience preferred
    • ITIL V3 Foundations Certified preferred
    • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
    • Effective team player with a customer-centric approach
    • Self-motivated and capable of managing projects independently
