- 6+ years as a leader in the Performance Marketing space, preferably in direct response eCommerce CPG or a performance marketing agency.
- Optimize creative across all marketing channels using data and analytics, ensuring improvements while staying true to the brand identity.
- Work closely with acquisition and marketing teams, leveraging a deep understanding of direct response metrics to form insights and innovate on creative ideas.
- Implement a marketing-driven approach in creative strategy, optimizing for impactful results, such as increased sales and high click-through rates on ads.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Strategy team to track campaign performance, derive learnings, and develop creative solutions for continuous improvement in sales and click-through rates.
- Motivate and lead a team of creative strategists and video editors with empathy, partnering effectively with designers and copywriters.
- Maintain and improve existing processes, managing resourcing and project deliverables, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Communicate effectively to build strong relationships and trust within internal teams, fostering an environment for creating the best work possible.
- Extensive experience in Performance Marketing with direct response eCommerce background.
- Strong understanding of paid media, performance analytics, and A/B testing.
- Possess a growth marketer mindset, demonstrating experience in creative optimizations across various platforms, including paid ads, email, ecommerce, and omnichannel.
- Ability to align with brand guidelines and translate them into a cohesive, consistent, and relatable voice.
- Strong conceptual thinker with a passion for developing brand narratives, engaging content, and storytelling with a results-oriented approach.
- Over 3 years in leadership, leading creative teams to motivate and inspire.
- Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of equivalent work experience.
- Startup and/or e-commerce experience is a bonus.
- Writing experience within female-empowered, women-focused industries.
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics; basic Excel is a plus.
- Passion for e-commerce, consumer retail, and/or digital marketing is a plus.
