We are looking for an educator (m/f/d) for the Kita Rutsche e.
V. in Duisburg Neudorf, starting immediately.

We are seeking an open-minded, joyful individual with a completed vocational training as an educator (m/f/d) who is eager to explore the world with our children - whether it's in our beautiful old building, the swimming pool, the forest, the nearby schoolyard, or during other shared activities.

Our small single-group kindergarten consists of a team of four and 20 children aged 3 to 6 years.

As a parent initiative, we, the parents, and a board elected once a year, are the providers of the facility.

We offer a permanent full-time or part-time position, based on the collective agreement payment TvÖD-SuE 8, a cozy and lovingly designed work atmosphere with a playroom, a room for physical activities, a large group room in the annex, and a beautiful small garden with fruit trees, a playhouse, and lots of sand for digging and playing.
