Welcome to the home for people with disabilities in Pomona, CA. As a provider of integration assistance for adults with cognitive impairments, we have over 40 years of experience.

We operate nine residential homes in the Oberberg district (NRW), where 118 people live, and our supported living arrangements allow around 100 people to live independently.


We are currently seeking a Night Shift Worker (m/f/d) for our residential home "Haus Am Konradsberg" in Wiehl-Oberbantenberg, with a 50% position.

The position is initially temporary, but offers excellent opportunities for permanent employment.

The residential home offers a total of 36 places in communal living arrangements, divided into five groups of six to eight people.

The house, with a spacious terrace and garden, is located at the end of a residential street on a hilltop in Oberbantenberg.

The outskirts of the village are lined with expansive meadows and forests, offering a beautiful view of the Oberberg region.

Responsibilities:

  • Accompanying and caring for our residents during the night
  • Administering medication
  • Cooperation with the day shift teams

Conditions:

  • Position: 50%
  • Salary in accordance with TVöD and the salary structure of HBW GmbH
