You will be expected to deliver sales results by engaging with physician's while demonstrating our corporate values of Client Focused, Results Driven, Teamwork, Flawless Execution, Integrity.

This exciting opportunity is the promotion of one of the top selling pharmaceutical products in the world.

The primary objective of the specialty representative is to meet established sales goals by delivering real value to our customers through differentiated products and services.

The specialty representative will be supported in this initiative with tools and promotional resources designed to have local impact.

The successful representative will demonstrate the ability to target and manage their territory strategically while operating within an assigned budget.

They will also need to be a highly engaged, positive team player and show a high degree of customer focus.

The customer base generally for this role would be inclusive of Endocrinologist's.


Qualifications/Experience

  • 4year bachelor's degree from an accredited University required
  • 1+ years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the pharmaceutical, biotech, device or healthcare industry experience is preferred
  • 13 years of strong resultsoriented business to business sales experience preferred
  • Minimum 23 years Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales experience is preferred
  • Strong scientific/clinical expertise
  • Proven track record of success in a high science, competitive selling environment
  • Documented sales results depicting significant success, including examples of national awards for performance, company awards, or participation in management development program are preferred
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills
  • Ability to travel overnight as required
  • Residence within the current geography is required

The potential base pay range for this role is 90-130,000 annually.

The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).

Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
