The Dennerstraße-Selbsthilfe eG building cooperative is one of the largest housing cooperatives in Hamburg with a 100-year tradition. It has a portfolio of around 5,200 apartments, as well as garages and commercial units.

The BDS is responsible for managing its housing stock, sustainable modernization and maintenance of its properties, as well as expanding its portfolio through high-quality new construction.
