Description
We offer both full time positions- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Mail, scan, fax, copy, answer phones, direct calls.
- Greet clients
- Be in charge of projects that will make longterm improvements to the office
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, documents, and correspondence.
- Order and stock office supplies
- Set up new clients and companies
- Assist with special projects for the manager
- Communicate with and manage vendors
Qualifications and Skills
- Working knowledge of computers and printers
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Teamwork
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong comfort level with technology and the ability to learn new technology quickly
- Fluent in English and Chinese
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
