Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, First Shift 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr
Location: Centerville Ohio 45459
Experience: 6+ months of Customer Service Rep experience

We are excited to share a new opportunity We are currently in need of an experienced Customer Service Representative / Customer Support Associate for a bona fide top employer in this market.

Customer Service Representative Job Duties include:

Answer inbound calls from customers
Provide product information on customer orders
Resolve customer concerns and complaints
Provide follow-up calls to customers
Research information using multiple resources
Route call to the appropriate resource

Customer Service Representative Preferred Skills include:

Strong computer skills including data entry/typing
Multitasking skills are strongly needed
Professional phone etiquette

Customer Service Representative Requirements may include:

Effective written and verbal communication skills
Able to provide 2 professional references
