About the job


We are looking for a Construction Manager for Network Construction at our location in Berlin for Vattenfall Wärme Berlin AG, starting as soon as possible in a permanent position.

Your responsibilities

  • Managing network construction measures, in particular coordinating the construction process and involving all internal/external stakeholders
  • Monitoring contractcompliant execution. Cost, deadline and quality control as well as initiating corrective measures in case of performance disruptions
  • Ensuring compliance with all occupational and environmental protection regulations
  • Organizing commissioning, involving all internal/external stakeholders, including ordering heat meters
  • Invoicing and acceptance of services
  • Initiating and monitoring services within the scope of warranty
  • Knowledge and experience in the application of VOB and BGB
  • Crossdepartmental participation in working groups and committees
  • System maintenance (especially SAP and CRM tool: VMW)

Profile:
Your profile

  • You have a completed university degree or have many years of experience in the abovementioned area
  • You have knowledge in district heating supply
  • You have IT skills for system maintenance
  • You already have experience in the mentioned area of responsibility
  • You have excellent communication and teamwork skills as well as independence, initiative and assertiveness
  • You have a strong analytical and structured way of thinking
  • You have a valid driver's license class B
  • You are fluent in German, both spoken and written
