Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled AG Technician/Shop Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our agricultural equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our farming, storage, and packaging facilities.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on agricultural machinery, including tractors, combines, harvesters, and irrigation systems.
Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Conduct preventive maintenance procedures to prolong the lifespan of equipment and prevent costly breakdowns.
Collaborate with farm managers and supervisors to prioritize maintenance tasks and optimize equipment performance.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Assist with general farm tasks and operations as needed, especially during peak seasons.
Provide technical support and guidance to other team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an AG Technician or Shop Mechanic, preferably in an agricultural setting.
Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing agricultural equipment.
Familiarity with a variety of machinery brands and models, including John Deere, Case IH, and New Holland.
Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
