    Personnel Source, Inc., a large regional provider of staffing services, is in need of a Selling Branch Manager. This is a unique opportunity to run your own business without the associated business owner risks.


    Personnel Source is in its 48th year and offers the best training, resources, and technology available to help our Branch offices succeed at the highest level.

    The successful candidate will have expert knowledge and connections in the Salem area, a strong track record in B2B sales, customer service, leadership and communication and the desire and ability to gain a good working knowledge of BOLI, Wage & Hour, EEO and human resources regulations as related to hiring and placing temporary employees on client assignments.

    The Selling Branch Manager will lead a small team of staffing professionals and recruiters while actively growing the branch through direct business-to-business sales in a market area of great potential


    Primary responsibilities are:
    Sales, New Business Development, Customer Service & Retention and Branch Operations.

    A successful candidate will
    Identify target market and set sales goals,
    Consistently identify new sources of business,
    Conduct cold calling and face to face meetings to generate business from major corporations to small businesses,
    Demonstrate tactical and strategic selling skills, while using strong interpersonal communication skills,
    Manage the daily operations of the branch.
    Have the ability to work and thrive in a fast paced, team oriented environment, - Frequently juggle shifting priorities and deadlines,
    Remain current with competitive trends, staffing/human resource issues and market conditions,
    Partner with branch staff and recruiters to ensure effective service delivery.
    Receive a competitive base salary and uncapped commission potential,

    Receive the support of a regionally networked team of branches committed to the overall success of the company.

    A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred.


    Salary Range :
    Base Salary DOE + Commission on Net of Branch (no cap)
