Program/Engineering Management, Training/Training Technology, Technology/Product Development Strategy and Analysis, Project Management (Cost, Schedule, Scope & Quality), and Strategic Planning applied within our clients unique domains and context.


  • Screening incoming applicants' qualifications against the requirements dictated by the position description in order to deem qualification for position.
  • Maintaining current listing and company profiles for all openings on the company website and applicant tracking system, as well as on the recruiting, websites used (e.g., Indeed, ClearanceJobs).
  • Assisting Hiring Managers with using the applicant tracking system (Deltek Talent Management).
  • Assessing personnel policies, programs, procedures, and informing employees and management personnel on the interpretation of them.
  • Assisting with employee onboarding activities.
  • Carrying out administrative work involving the human resources functions and maintaining related records.
  • Ensuring that programs are carried out in accordance with company's policies and procedures.
  • Analyzing and providing advice to supervisors and managers on methods and approaches to resolve employee work problems.
  • Conducting research to determine the effectiveness of personnel programs and policies.
  • Developing and proposing improvement to policies, programs, and procedures to improve the effectiveness of human resources and operations.
  • Providing other human resources services as needed.

Job Requirements:


  • 35 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working in Deltek Talent Management or similar Applicant Tracking System.
  • General knowledge of military ranks, commands and organizations. Knowledge of US Navy organizations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, to include verbally and written.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Selfstarter, able to operate independently.
  • Experience with recruiting database websites such as Indeed, ClearanceJobs, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience with CircaWork's outreach program promoting diversity and inclusion.
  • Experience assessing personnel / HR related policies, programs, and procedures.
  • Experience performing general professional level human resources work in on or more functional areas (staffing, employee relations, compensation, training, employment, labor relations, affirmative action and equal opportunity programs, or personnel research).
