    Italian Terrazzo & Tile Co. of Brevard, LLC

    Position Title: Branch Inventory Coordinator

    Department: Administration

    Reports to: Office Manager

    Position Type: Regular full-time

    General Summary

    This role involves managing inventory levels efficiently.

    Essential Job Functions

    • Print daily pick tickets for warehouse.
    • Receive and process vendor purchase orders and internal stock transfers.
    • Ship confirmed items daily.
    • Coordinate inventory counts and adjustments.
    • Manage inventory shortages and excess.
    • Report defects and damages.
    • Coordinate stock transfers to Central Warehouse.
    • Maintain inventory accuracy in JDE.
    • Reconcile weekly reports.
    • Participate in material return process.
    • Attend administrative meetings.
    • Collaborate with team members from different departments.
    • Perform other assigned inventory, administrative, and clerical tasks.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
    • Experience with Oracle, JD Edwards, SAP, and/or PeopleSoft is a plus.
    • Ability to communicate effectively across departments.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide creative solutions.
    • Ability to multitask.

    Education and Experience

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • 2-3 years of inventory management or purchasing experience preferred.
    • Warehousing experience preferred.
    • Experience with Pavers is beneficial.

    Other Requirements

    • Physical requirements: standing, walking, sitting, computer operation, occasional lifting.
    • Largely sedentary role with some filing activities.
    • Travel required: negligible
