  • Responsibility for the technical implementation of customer requirements in the configuration of our HR-IT systems in the area of HR service management (employee portal, HR helpdesk, and others) and contribution to the continuous development of the systems
  • Taking on technical evaluations of requirements and sustainable and user-friendly implementation in close coordination with project management and in collaboration with HR-IT configuration managers
  • Independent and agile handling of customer requirements according to agreed priorities and proactive communication of progress, challenges, and results, as well as supporting the configuration of other HR-IT systems
  • Creation and updating of technical system documentation
  • Proactive improvements to drive digital transformation in the HR field
  • Engagement in support and assistance for our customers in solving disruptions, errors, and functional application questions

Your profile. What you bring

  • Successfully completed studies, preferably in the IT field
  • Relevant professional experience with expertise in business and IT to evaluate and technically implement business requirements of our customers in software
  • Knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors solution and product portfolio is desirable
  • Experience with various project management approaches and methods
  • Prior knowledge in the area of data governance, reporting of KPIs
