As a Conference and Event Planner / Coordinator for the Strategic Technical ARPA-H Talent Support (STATS) Program at Noblis.

You will be part of our Health Solutions account team, where you will leverage your Event planning and Project Management skills to work with an exceptionally talented and high-performing team on challenging and cutting-edge healthcare projects.


Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the process for the identification and acquisition of meeting locations for a wide range of meetings including:
person closed door strategic meetings
person technical workshops and project meetings
attendee conferences

  • Communicate meeting requirements to venues during acquisition process to ensure best value to the government
  • Serve as onsite liaison with venue
  • Manage onsite support at meetings to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify and communicate meeting requirements with additional vendors (e.g., Audio/Visual,poster boards, food and beverage, etc.) to ensure best value to the government
  • Work with Noblis contracts department to secure contracts for venues and vendors
  • Manage customer conference schedule, coordinate conference registrations, and coordinateshipment of display booth and other materials
  • Coordinate review and updating of display booth and conference materials

Required Qualifications:

  • US citizenship and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
- (Junior/Mid-level) Bachelors degree with minimum 3 years of professional experience in government meeting planning

  • Compensation $74,500 $130,400
- (Mid/Senior Level) Bachelors degree with minimum 6 years of professional experience in government meeting planning; or Masters degree with minimum 3 years of experience

  • Compenstaion $90,300 $158,000
  • Experience with large event planning, special event planning support and execution, to include, but not limited to, technical conferences, strategic offsite events, executive meetings, technology demonstrations and showcase events is required.
  • Experience in an R&D environment is highly preferred.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Certified Government Meeting Professional or other relevant certifications
