We are looking for you as a caregiver to support a supervised living facility in Bitterfeld-Wolfen, Morgan Farm, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing and managing daily operations in accordance with the company's mission and care philosophy
  • Ensuring holistic and individualized care for the guests of the facility
  • Supervising and coordinating the work of nursing and housekeeping staff
  • Creating work schedules for employees
  • Documenting care in collaboration with other care providers
  • Advising potential clients from initial consultation to contract negotiation and coordinating daily needs of residents
  • Creating a sense of community through regular events and activities
  • Building a personal network with partners, residents, their families, and our onsite team
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and quality

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in elderly or healthcare and nursing or equivalent, as well as working with older adults
  • Teamwork and strong social skills
  • Ability to work independently within the framework of the service's concept
  • Valid driver's license (B) for driving a minibus
  • Empathy and leadership skills
  • Confident and effective communication
  • Flexibility and an open personality with empathetic communication and affinity for sales
