Hours: Hybrid FT – 40 hrs
Monday , Friday work from home
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday on site

If you are looking for an opportunity to contribute your skills and knowledge and be a part of the team, our client has an opportunity for a "self-motivated" Credit & Collections Representative.
Responsibilities –
· Perform Business to Business Collections
· Ensure customer collections are received according to agreed payment terms
· Improve Days Sales according to company goals
· Ensure all past due accounts have been contacted while enforcing agreed payment terms
· Work with customers to schedule payment arrangements on upcoming and past due invoices
· Convert accounts to ACH/Checks from credit card payments as well as promote electronic invoicing
· Update account information to ensure contact and other required information is current
· Resolve any invoice discrepancies in a timely manner to ensure payment is received appropriately
· Communicate with field personnel to discuss any problem accounts/situations to meet a common goal
QUALIFICATIONS
· High School Diploma or equivalent - Required
· 3+ years of collections experience/ AR activities
· 3+ years of experience in Business to Business collections
· Previous experience with Oracle 12
· Proficient with MS Word and Excel ( Pivot table knowledge required)
· Strong customer service skills -positive communication and phone demeanor
· Strong verbal and written communication
· Skills to be successful in this role - strong follow up skills, attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills, ability to search and organize outlook emails, create folders, and notate in Oracle
· Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
· The position is subject to passing a background check and drug screen
