Arthritis Care P.C. is seeking a full time Medical Receptionist to join our team in our Troy office. We are looking for a professional, well organized, efficient, and upbeat personality.As a Medical Receptionist your duties will include:
- Greeting patients
- Scheduling appointments for multiple doctors
- Answering multiple phone lines
- Verifying insurance benefits
- Collecting copays
- Routing faxes
- General office tasks
- Sorting mail
Attendance, punctuality, attention to detail, and a professional positive attitude are important since you will deal directly with each of our wonderful patients.
We are looking to fill our Mon-Thur 8:00am to 4:30pm and Friday 8:00am -4:00pm shift.
Applicants should be available to work, have flexibility to cover some additional shifts from time to time for the absence of other team members.
Past experience in a medical office is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided to the right person.
