Arthritis Care P.C. is seeking a full time Medical Receptionist to join our team in our Troy office. We are looking for a professional, well organized, efficient, and upbeat personality.

As a Medical Receptionist your duties will include:

  • Greeting patients
  • Scheduling appointments for multiple doctors
  • Answering multiple phone lines
  • Verifying insurance benefits
  • Collecting copays
  • Routing faxes
  • General office tasks
  • Sorting mail
This position requires the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.

Attendance, punctuality, attention to detail, and a professional positive attitude are important since you will deal directly with each of our wonderful patients.

We are looking to fill our Mon-Thur 8:00am to 4:30pm and Friday 8:00am -4:00pm shift.


Applicants should be available to work, have flexibility to cover some additional shifts from time to time for the absence of other team members.

Compensation dependent on past experience, qualifications, and productivity. Ranges $15-$17/hr.

Past experience in a medical office is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided to the right person.
