Using in-depth knowledge of digital communication trends and best practices across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube), this role will create best-in-class storytelling that delivers measurable results.
What You Will Do:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with brand objectives and marketing goals.
Utilize knowledge of social trends to lead the conception, creation, and production of trending digital content for Darby products, and for all relevant audiences including consumers, employees, partners, and press.
Monitor audience engagement metrics and feedback to continuously improve content quality.
Oversee influencer strategy to drive increased followership and engagement.
Increase Darbys brand and online presence
What We Need In You:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, preferred.
2 years of relevant work experience in social media, influencer and/or community marketing including owned & operated channels, required.
Dental industry knowledge, preferred
Strong writing, video-making, and editing skills with the ability to shoot and create content from iPhone.
Possesses a strong understanding of various social media platforms, their unique audiences, and content requirements.
Ability to stay up to date on influencer marketing and trends
Understanding of online/offline data, including its use in the digital and social space.
Passion and knowledge for current trends in marketing, workplace culture, video and photography.
Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines
