Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media and Influencer Manager to join our fast-growing CPG brand. If you live and breathe TikTok, have a knack for creating engaging content, and are excited about growing in a startup environment, we want to hear from you
Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow our affiliate program, focusing on TikTok Shop by maintaining and building long-term, high GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) relationships with creators
• Develop and execute a content calendar for TikTok, incorporating relevant trends and community engagement.
• Assist the Marketing Director in creating short-form video content from conception to production
• Repurpose existing content across various social media platforms.
• Be comfortable on camera and go live once a week to connect with our community.
• Conduct creator outreach and build and foster relationships
• Organize and manage the affiliate/influencer program
• Assist the Marketing Director in scheduling Instagram and TikTok content that is on brand, fun, and innovative
What We're Looking For:
• Creativity and experience in editing and creating Gen Z-focused, TikTok native content, whether for personal use or for a brand
• A growth-minded individual willing to thrive in a startup environment
• Passion for social media, particularly TikTok, and a deep understanding of its trends and features.
• Outgoing personality that doesn't mind having fun and appearing in content
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
