In this seasonal office admin position, we're not just looking for someone to make coffee and answer phones - we're seeking someone who can brighten up even the gloomiest of days.

No prior work experience is needed - just a genuine enthusiasm for helping others and a passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere.

You will be supporting Luxury Fire Island Homes located in Fire Island, NY (by the BEACH)


What You'll Do
You will be the first person everyone see's when they step into our office

  • Open up and close the office located in Ocean Beach or Ocean Bay Park, NY
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Make coffee or tea for guests
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person if needed
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, inputting data
  • Supporting us in organizing events
  • Enter customer information into our customer relationship management system
  • Support real estate agents with social media
  • Ad Hoc duties

Work Schedule and Compensation:

- $16//hour

  • You will either be placed in our Ocean Beach or Ocean Bay Park Office in Fire Island.
  • All shifts start between 9am9:30am and end at 4pm4:30pm.
  • We may have ad hoc events that we will ask you to assist with

Shift A

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday

Shift B

  • Tuesday, Thursday ,Friday, Sunday
