JOB SUMMARY


This role will support the Marriott Digital Merchandising Experience team (DME) and digital cobrand product team in managing their US domestic and international credit cards merchandising LTO & BAU campaigns across the client digital footprint in Adobe Campaign Classic architecture.

The role will work across teams to ensure that the correct personalized content set-up for cobrand merchandising and bank requirements.

He/She will work with existing templates and dynamic components within the Adobe architecture. He/She will leverage existing AEM & Adobe Target templates, components, and workflows to support personalization implementation.

This technical, hands-on position will not only have a sense of craft in execution but will assist in the advancement of the marketing and merchandising capabilities across the digital owned channels incrementally.

This role will be 60% deployment, 30% new functionality/capabilities, and 10% orchestration across merchandising placements, and will work across teams to collaboratively arrive as unique and targeted experiences across all digital touch points.

This role will be client facing and will need strong written and verbal communication skills.

They should possess the ability to write and refine copy that will be used in components and ensure that it adheres with Marriott guidelines.

This role should understand market segmentation and personalization and that different campaigns will go to different target audiences (regions, languages, business markets).


CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience:


  • Undergraduate degree, equivalent experience, or certification
  • 4 years' digital experience with large & medium scale IT architectures
  • Experience in Adobe Target, AEM architecture and working in an Agile environment is a plus
  • Strong copywriting skills, proofing and attention to detail
  • Experience with WorkFront Projects and Jira ticketing system
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills
  • Flexible attitude in shifting development environments
  • Excellent communication (spoken, written, presentation) with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
  • Enjoy working both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Working knowledge in JavaScript platforms, AJAX, HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, and SQL

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Managing Work, Projects, and Policies

  • Leveraging Adobe Analytics to inform on interaction
  • Optimize and improve process and workflows of personalized content for the cobrand FOC
  • Family of Card landing pages
  • Merchandising personalization and asset management for digital channels; web, app and mobile Web
  • Work with stakeholders on design considerations, take advisement on best practices for overall strategy and content plan
  • Utilize Workfront to track campaign updates and JIRA collaboration with larger digital organization
  • Collaborate and partner with other merchandising developers, creators and strategists to ensure consistent personalization experience
  • Team player attitude with strong appetite to grow in field
  • Provide weekly rollup communications about progress, wins, and challenges to team leadership

The salary range for this position is $83,550.00 to $178,603.00 annually.


Colorado Applicants Only:
The salary range for this position is $83,550.00 to $162,366.00 annually.


Hawaii Applicants Only:
The salary range for this position is $101,096.00 to $178,603.00 annually.


New York Applicants Only:
The salary range for this position is $83,550.00 to $178,603.00 annually.


Washington Applicants Only:
The salary range for this position is $83,550.00 to $178,603.00 annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus. Employees will accrue PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 7 holidays annually.
