Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage day to day
Concur Expense administration including addressing user inquiries - Support Concur technology leader through coordination and execution of Concur process improvements and implementation projects
- Perform ongoing reporting and accounting review of expenses to identify trends, drive employee behavior and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Conduct the daily audit of flagged expenses and proactively reach out to employees for resolution
- Support and maintain PowerBi expense reporting dashboard including accountability for reporting inquiries.
- In partnership with the Global Travel & Expense team, conduct user training sessions and develop documentation to support user education.
- Partner closely with other members of the Corporate Services team to deliver a high standard of customer service.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including IT, finance, and accounting to enable functional alignment.
- Provide additional support to Global Travel & Expense team members as needed to achieve functional goals and propose opportunities for process improvements.
Required Experience
- 3 years of experience in corporate settings
- Base knowledge of
Concur Expense tool: - Pharmaceutical experience (a strong plus but not mandatory)
- Experience managing PowerBi dashboards
Required Knowledge/Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel & PowerPoint)
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with ability to think critically to audit reports against policy
- Advanced analytics and reporting capabilities, experience working in PowerBi
- Demonstrate ability to measure and analyze trends and patterns, and leverage results to determine actionable solutions
- Ability to navigate and be successful in a fastpaced, timesensitive, and crossfunctional work environment
- Demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking skills, and ability to compile and assess data to draw conclusions & provide recommendations
- Ability to build relationships and excel in collaboration with internal peers
Required Education Level
- Bachelor's Degree
Pay Range:
$33-$38/hr
