The Little Gym Birthday Party Instructor is responsible for delivering outstanding birthday parties at The Little Gym.

This role calls for an energetic, fun-loving person who enjoys playing games and has the natural ability to put a smile on the faces of children of all ages.

Essential Job Functions:

• Host Awesome Birthday Bashes (1.5 hr
• 2 hr)
• Set up and clean up of parties that include: leading fun and games in the gym and serving pizza and cupcakes in our lobby.
• Host Parents' Survival Nights (3 hr)
• Drop off program where parents can leave their kids for a night of pizza, fun, and games
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience second to none

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• Relates well to customers of all ages
• Great attitude and strong work ethic
• Love to have fun and not only smiles easily but finds joy in making others smile
• A background in food service, party hosting, and child care not required but a plus
