Black Diamond Paving is hiring an Operations Assistant for their Escondido, CA office
The Operations Assistant will support the Operations & Sales Teams to ensure superior project outcomes for postings and openings.

Black Diamond Paving & Concrete provides pavement maintenance services for commercial, industrial, retail and multi-family residential markets.

Black Diamond Paving has been in business for over 25 years, with its headquarters office located in Northern California and a second office located in Escondido.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating personal scheduling of all posting/opening projects
  • Create/Print Notifications as needed
  • Notifying Residents/Tenants
  • Putting out delineators/barricades where they need to be at job sites
  • Opening and inspecting seal jobs in the mornings/evenings, take pictures of jobsite/upload to Asana, communicate any quality issues to Operations Coordinator.
  • Being able to understand and use google earth maps
  • Good communication with operations and sales consultants
  • Organizing signs/delineators/barricades in the yard/shop
  • Make sure inventory (Marking Paint/Ribbon/Signs/Delineators/Barricades) are in stock in the shop

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Computer skills in MS Office, CRM background, applicable customer service experience.
  • Sales/Marketing background
