As a Brand Manager for the Pabst brand, you will be responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy to drive consumer engagement and growth.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business objectives.


Your focus will be on building the brand in the greater Baltimore region with a clearly defined and agreed upon account list.


Specific activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Partner with appropriate sales representatives in conducting 24 number of work withs per month.
  • Conduct 24 number samplings/ activations/ happy hours of Pabst products per month.
  • Further the relationship of Pabst and Chesapeake with retail on and off premise partners.
  • Provide Pabst with detailed reporting, upon request, of the activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that effectively position the brand in the market and drive consumer engagement
  • Manage brand marketing campaigns
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth and development
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to track progress towards brand goals and make datadriven decisions for future strategies
  • Build strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support brand initiatives and maximize brand exposure

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in the beverage or consumer packaged goods industry
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a crossfunctional team environment
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creativity and innovative thinking to drive brand differentiation and growth
