Infrastructure Technician, Upward Broadband

Lancaster, PA

What we're looking for in an Infrastructure Technician
-
Skilled: Experience and competency in general construction, including basic electrical, and experience with excavation helpful and preferred. Able to properly use power tools, electrical tools, grounding devices, hand tools and power equipment like skid-loaders, mini-excavators and lifts. Tower climbing certification required, or willing to obtain.

Knowledgeable: Able to deal with and communicate effectively with teammates, inspectors, suppliers and clients, to provide all info required to meet their needs and expectations.

Passionate:Eager to learn about a dynamic and growing industry and excited about working to establish reliable broadband infrastructure to provide great internet service to customers. Desire to continuously learn and grow and build your knowledge and skills.

Safety Conscious:Use of all required PPE. Certified in OSHA 10, First Aid & CPR. Driver's license with a clean or good driving record.

Team Player:Humble. Self-motivated. Hard worker. Excellent communicator.
