Description
The Gen AI Technology Product Lead is a mid-level position responsible for overseeing the product development life cycle from conceptualization to prototyping until it is ready for delivery to internal stakeholders and users.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Strategic Planning and Leadership:
- Set strategies and priorities based on anticipation of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Provide leadership in strategic planning for technology products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional partners in engineering, product, policy, legal, and other internal groups.
- Counsel these partners on communications considerations for product updates.
- Market Insight and Business Solutions:
- Recognize business problems and propose strategic solutions.
- Explore revenuegenerating and costsaving opportunities.
- Generative AI Expertise:
- Work closely with data scientists and engineers to develop AIdriven HR solutions.
- Communication and Content Creation:
- Act as a creative thought leader within the Product Management Team.
- Subject Matter Expertise:
- Be knowledgeable about HR processes, employee lifecycle, and workforce analytics.
Qualifications:
- 35 years experience working with and understanding of HR processes and challenges.
- 35 years experience in Product management
- 1+ year experience with AI/ML concepts, including Retrieval Augmentation Generation (RAG), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and recommendation systems.
Preferences
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Education:
Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business or related fields.
Certifications
- Scrum Product Owner
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
