Description

The Gen AI Technology Product Lead is a mid-level position responsible for overseeing the product development life cycle from conceptualization to prototyping until it is ready for delivery to internal stakeholders and users.

Some of the responsibilities include:

Strategic Planning and Leadership:
Set strategies and priorities based on anticipation of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Provide leadership in strategic planning for technology products.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with crossfunctional partners in engineering, product, policy, legal, and other internal groups.
Counsel these partners on communications considerations for product updates.
Market Insight and Business Solutions:
Recognize business problems and propose strategic solutions.
Explore revenuegenerating and costsaving opportunities.
Generative AI Expertise:
Work closely with data scientists and engineers to develop AIdriven HR solutions.
Communication and Content Creation:
Act as a creative thought leader within the Product Management Team.
Subject Matter Expertise:
Be knowledgeable about HR processes, employee lifecycle, and workforce analytics.

Qualifications:

35 years experience working with and understanding of HR processes and challenges.
35 years experience in Product management
1+ year experience with AI/ML concepts, including Retrieval Augmentation Generation (RAG), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and recommendation systems.

Preferences

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Education:

Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business or related fields.

Certifications

Scrum Product Owner
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
