General Contractor has an opening for a Maintenance Technician
We specialize in repair and maintenance of commercial shopping centers throughout San Diego

Requirements are:
(No exceptions)

  • Must have reliable truck and tools
  • CDL, valid auto insurance, and good driving record
  • Cell phone
  • Experience should include:
  • General building maintenance including painting, light plumbing, light electrical repairs, drywall and roofing repairs
  • Must be flexible, able to identify and solve problems, organized and possess good communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently as well as manage a crew
  • Starting pay $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
Company has high quality standards for completed work. All jobs must be done quickly and professionally.

All employees must be able to follow detailed instructions and interact professionally with tenants and clients as well as maintain a professional appearance.


Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to Relocate:

  • San Diego, CA: Relocate before starting work (required)
