Hardcore Fitness is a cutting-edge boot camp style gym that has been named to the Inc.

5000 and is a rapidly growing company We need people who are passionate about fitness and can generate leads by going out and prospecting areas, talking to local businesses and setting up appointments with potential members.

We will also provide warm leads through our marketing company that the associate will contact to set up appointments and run membership consultations.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with local businesses and people to generate appointments for our Gym.
• Outside prospecting
• Social Media Prospecting
• Follow up with generated leads from marketing company
• Set and close membership appointments.
• Front Desk Greeting and Assisting Members
• Member Engagement and Resolution

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication skills/ Outgoing (ability to talk to anyone)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Sales experience
• Promptness and reliable transportation

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week


Compensation package:

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay
• Uncapped commission

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

Sales Experience: 1 year (preferred)


License/Certification:

• Driver's License (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• San Diego, CA 92126: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
