Joe Homebuyer Greater Richmond is a real estate investment company that specializes in buying and selling residential properties in the Greater Richmond area but all over the state as well.

We're a fast growing company that needs help with managing all of our new and existing leads.

We are looking for a self-motivated lead manager that is capable of following processes and effectively managing all leads and converting them to appointments with our Acquisition Managers.

Lots of opportunity for growth and training provided. This is a part time position to begin with and may grow into a full time role.

We are looking for an AMAZING Lead Manager to join our small team. Real Estate experience is not required, HOWEVER, you must possess the following aptitudes.

• Versatile and able to wear many hats.
• Sense of urgency when talking to leads
• Enjoy talking with people and building relationships
• Optimistic and positive attitude.
• Have a service mindset
• What value can you provide a customer
• Eagerness to learn and figure things out
• Diligent in follow up and note taking
• Need to be coachable

Your weekly tasks will primarily include:

• Taking inbound Lead Calls
• Outbound calls to follow up with leads.
• Prospecting several hours per week
• Schedule appointments with Acquisition Managers
• Identify gaps in our processes and recommend changes
• Handle the successful conversion of qualified leads to booked appointments. and set proper expectations.

Compensation Structure
- $15-$20 hourly

• Bonus on every closed deals
• Bonus on prospecting deals
• Bonus on successful appointments completed.

Required Skills:

• Interest or willingness to learn about the Real Estate Industry
• Must be a selfstarter that takes initiative
• Must be an effective communicator
• Must work well with a small team
