- Conduct research on the construction industry, including market trends, competitors, and target client demographics.
- Assist in developing a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote our staffing services and attract both construction companies and skilled workers.
- Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, industry publications, and trade shows.
- Play a key role in planning and executing email marketing campaigns, including creating engaging content, designing email templates, managing subscriber lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
- Help manage our online presence, including website content updates, social media management, and coordinating email marketing efforts with other digital marketing initiatives.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral tailored to the construction industry, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Aid in organizing and promoting events, workshops, and networking opportunities to engage with potential clients and candidates in the construction sector.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and recruitment, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding efforts.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, safety standards, and emerging trends in the construction staffing market.
- Contribute creative ideas and insights to enhance our marketing initiatives and differentiate our firm in the competitive landscape.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Interest in the construction industry and understanding of construction terminology and processes is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience or coursework in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and familiarity with email marketing best practices.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
