To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Construction Manager for Civil Engineering on the client side (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities

  • Managing civil engineering works (demolition, earthworks, development, outdoor facilities) on the client side for innovative real estate construction projects
  • Tendering and awarding of civil engineering services
  • Organization and management of construction execution by the company's in-house road and civil engineering firm and external service providers

Our requirements

  • Technical degree or technical training
  • Knowledge of common standard software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
  • Good analytical skills and organizational ability
  • Class B driver's license
