We are looking for a motivated and friendly customer service representative to join our team in Stoney Point, OK. Do you have a passion for all things related to nail design and enjoy being a pleasant point of contact for our customers via phone, chat, and email? Are you also proficient in using computers?

Responsibilities:

  • You will handle customer inquiries and provide advice on our products via email, phone, and chat, as well as assist with order processing.
  • You will manage orders in our systems and prepare them for shipment.
  • You will handle followup orders, refunds, shipment tracking, and returns.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Enjoy providing customer support and advice
  • Responsible and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in using computers
